Winding Down BWIA / WiMAX Government / Military

As I explained in 73, and Thanks For All The Fish, I will no longer be writing very much about BWIA, including here on BWIA / WiMAX Government / Military.

Unfortunately, BWIA / WiMAX Government / Military never really got started; it was a promising topic.
